My name is Tym Blackwell and prior to being the Chapter Lead for a team of 25 Product Owners at the global life insurer Resolution Life, I was the Product Chapter Lead for Australia’s largest telco. At Telstra I was part of the strategic transformation team that successfully implemented agile change for thousands of employees.
Over the last decade, more and more companies have moved to an agile way of working, with Product Owners running small teams to develop exciting customer products.
While there is plenty of information on Product Owners, Scrum Masters and agile frameworks there is very little information on the role of the Chapter Lead.
This website aims to change that and hopefully work as a useful resource for discussion and ideas for existing Chapter Leads that want to enhance their role and managers interested in becoming one.
