Over the last decade, more and more companies have moved to an agile way of working, with Product Owners running small teams to develop exciting customer products. While there is plenty of information on Product Owners, Scrum Masters and agile frameworks there is very little information on the role of the Chapter Lead.
This website aims to change that and hopefully work as a useful resource for discussion and ideas for existing Chapter Leads that want to enhance their role and those that are interested in becoming one.
My name is Tym Blackwell and I have worked with organisations that have successfully transitioned to an agile way of working, including being part of the strategic transformation team for Austalias largest telco as they successfully implemented the change for thousands of employees. My current role is Product Owner Chapter Lead at the global Life Insurancer Resolution Life.
